We have been active, productive and relentless in our pursuit to make this organisation sustainable, operational and community-centric. So let me update you now.

We have a new name. We are DREAMD.
Because these women will become the very woman they once DREAMD of.
We have a new website.
www.dreamd.org. (Built by the dream team: Eliza Campbell & Sacha Reinhardt)
We have a powerful team guiding us forward.
Our board of directors are accomplished leaders, from the local community of Central NT and across the nation. We are guided by locals, First Nations peoples, philanthropic & business leaders, and of course, football gurus.
We have BIG dreams too.
DREAMD has dreams too. None bigger than our 2026 program schedule. Keep reading to learn more.
What's Happening in 2026?
Visit our website, www.dreamd.org, for comprehensive program details.
DREAMD Impact Camp:
Our high-impact camp is back in April 2026, featuring 7 AFLW athletes across 5 days in Alice Springs and Harts Range (remote community). We are incredibly proud to mobilise young professionals to contribute meaningfully to this community.
Launching the Virtual DREAMD Academy:
This bespoke online mentoring and education program rewards our most committed local female athletes with resources and access to industry leaders, including remote Strength & Conditioning and online mentoring with AFLW players.
Launching the DREAMD Team Tour:
Based on engagement, we select a team to travel interstate for a training camp, a game against local opposition, and off-field activities designed to reward participants and develop professionalism.
Launching the DREAMD Scholarship Program:
We have partnered with key organisations to provide immersion and scholarship experiences for our engaged participants. More to come with this soon!

A Thank you.
If you've made it this far, you're probably wondering how is this all possible? It's possible because of many people, but I want to name a few.
First and foremost, our charitable partner, Redtails Pinktails Right Tracks Foundation, and their relentless leader, Rob Clarke. I met Rob in Alice Springs, when I moved out there for work. I trained with his Redtails Pinktails academy as I prepared for the 2025 AFLW season. Little did I know, Rob and the RPTails would quite honestly change my life, as it he has for hundreds of young people already. Rob is now my charity partner, my coach, my mentor and most of all my inspiration, to stay reliable, consistent and show up no matter what. Thank you Rob and RPTails.
Second, is our founding and now long-term sponsor, Durack Civil. James and Bianca Durack have backed us from the absolute beginning. Their staff attended our first camp, on the ground in Alice Springs. They have given us more than financial stability, they have given us genuine investment, care and long-term security, so we can be ambitious and consistent for our participants. Thank you to the Durack's.
Third is my family. To my parents, Bec & Rob, and my brothers, Harry & George, and of course my sister (Chief Everything Officer), Annie. Thank you for your unwavering belief and support of myself. Founding this organisation has had its challenges, and I have often doubted myself if I am capable of consistently delivering on our mission, or if I am the right person at all. My family have filled me with immense love, often completely unsolicited belief, and outrageous passion, to back myself, and build an organisation that will listen, resource and be driven by the community it serves. In many ways, DREAMD is about giving that "Pullar" belief to our participants too.
My last thank you is to our participants, our community. This only exists because of them. DREAMD will grow, mould and evolve with the community. We will be driven by our participants, their needs and dreams, and not by our own. One day, in the near future, it won't be a Queenslander like myself leading this, it will be a local woman from Central NT, proudly and relentlessly driving this organisation to make her community better for everyone. Thank you for accepting me, embracing me, and teaching me what a community really means.
Thank you, Lulu
