A week long community camp led by AFLW athletes in Alice Springs and a surrounding remote community. The camp involves football clinics, leadership & health promotion education and cultural connection, from grassroots to senior women. 

A year-long gym and education program that keeps participants engaged and supported between camps. Participants have exclusive access to the DREAMD Gym for their strength programs, and monthly education with guest speakers from the AFL, High Performance and Professional industries, 

The reward for dedication, consistent vocational engagement, and leadership. The DREAMD team is selected from participants from our camp, nominated by their coaches, as well as leaders from our Virtual Academy.
