DREAMD

CAMP

A four-day high-performance camp led by AFLW athletes in Alice Springs and a surrounding remote community. The camp combines elite football training, leadership education and cultural connection for women aged 15 to 35

DREAMD

VIRTUAL ACADEMY

An eight-month online program that keeps participants engaged and supported between camps. The Virtual DREAMD Academy focuses on football, athletic and professional development, helping young women grow on and off the field. Delivered in partnership with Redtails Pinktails Academy and, high performance experts, Science of Fitness.

TEAM TOUR

The reward for dedication and consistent engagement in the Virtual DREAMD Academy. A team is selected to represent DREAMD in an interstate game, showcasing their growth, leadership and talent against elite opposition

SCOLARSHIPS

The annual scholarships are awarded exclusively to participants demonstrating consistent commitment, remarkable growth, and strong leadership. These scholarships are tailored to the individual's needs, providing elite opportunities such as participation in AFLW Club pre-season programs, or entry into vocational training and education. The scholarships are proudly supported by our corporate and community partners.
